All photographs taken by Moments by Mularz are Photographer's property, will remain their property and are protected by Copyright Laws. Individuals purchasing through this site waive any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images without written permission. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Authorship credit in the name of the Photographer (Moments by Mularz) with a link to the Photographers site (https://momentsbymularz.pixieset.com or https://www.facebook.com/momentsbymularz/) must accompany any images posted or displayed on any social media.

Individuals may not edit, adjust, crop, or alter Photographers images in any way without permission. Versions of images with specific edits such as Black and White, Sepia, or other effects must be purchased directly from Photographer.  Digital images purchased are for use as is and shall not be altered as indicated above.
